Ara es volen vendre les Cases dels Mestres, cases que segons declaracions d’ells al diari terrassa estan en ruïnes.
No se si les coneixeu, però són dues cases antigues que estan en al carreró sense sortida de davant la Bolera (el Passeig Arnau) dues cases que estan velles i descuidades, però no en ruïnes, i que actualment son magatzem de l’ajuntament i algunes entitats. Són dues cases amb molta historia en el poble, doncs van ser caserna dels Mossos d’Esquadra (1930 -1937), si van allotjar els mestres de les antigues escoles a partir del 37 i altres, no us volem tundar massa, però una mica si!
A més a més de la historia, pels que no ho sapigueu, des del Consell Local de Joventut de Matadepera, el passat abril, vam demanar una subvenció a la Generalitat per restaurar-les i convertir-les en un local d’entitats juvenils on poder-hi organitzar xerrades, aula d’estudi, despatx i magatzem per les entitats, tallers, i tot allò que les entitats proposessin, i vam demanar aquesta subvenció perquè l’Ajuntament ens va proposar aquest local i ens va prometre que ens les cediria (i per escrit en dues ocasions) aquesta subvenció sens ha denegat perquè ens ha faltat el document definitiu de la cessió (document promès per l’Ajuntament) i just en el moment que la generalitat ens denega la subvenció (finals de juliol) se’ns diu des de l’Ajuntament que la cessió no esta feta i que s’estan plantejant vendre-se-les per pagar altres equipaments, i ara a mitjans de setembre ja està tot decidit, quina casualitat no? Poder ja o tenien pensat i ens han fet treballar perquè si?
Des del Consell Local de Joventut volem un altre local en les mateixes condicions que hauria d’haver quedat les cases dels Mestres per a les entitats juvenils, i a més a més no estem d’acord en que l’ajuntament es vengui unes cases així i permeti que les ensorrin per construir-hi de nou! No haurien d’estar catalogades unes cases així?
Es per això que us convoquem a tots aquells que estigueu interessats a venir a una reunió el dilluns dia 22 a les 20.30 a l’hostal d’entitats de Matadepera (davant del Frankfurt) per parlar de com hem d’actuar els joves amb les Cases dels Mestres i que es pot fer per tenir un local pels joves d’una vegada!!!
